Description
Nyanda Foday is a mentally ill, neurodivergent, queer young woman of colour. All the people I’ve never been is a window into what it means to hold so many identities in one awkward body. Sometimes rye, at other times pointed, always unwaveringly honest, these poems hold a freshness and clarity of voice not often present in contemporary poetry. An eye-opening blast of fresh poetry air!
All the people I’ve never been is Nyada’s debut poetry pamphlet collection.
